Please note that international order prices and shipping charges do not include duties, taxes, customs charges, import fees, brokerage fees, or any other government-imposed charges that may be applicable in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Morton Mac is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, duties, taxes, import charges, storage fees, holding fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by customs authorities or the shipping carrier.

Where applicable, DHL will contact the customer directly to arrange payment of any duties and taxes prior to delivery.

If duties, taxes, customs charges or other import fees are refused, unpaid, or if a shipment is otherwise refused by the recipient, the parcel may be returned to Morton Mac. In such circumstances, any exchange or store credit will be subject to deduction of:

• Original outbound shipping charges;
• Return shipping charges;
• Any duties, taxes, customs charges or import fees imposed on the shipment;
• Any carrier storage, holding or administrative fees; and
• A restocking fee of $40.00 AUD.

Please note that no refund will be issued in these circumstances. Any remaining balance after the above deductions will be issued as a store credit in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Once an order has been dispatched, Morton Mac will assist customers with any carrier investigations where reasonably possible, however delivery timeframes, customs clearance processes and import requirements remain outside of our control.

We are more than happy to exchange an incorrect size or offer a store credit for items that are;

– Unworn.

– In the original packaging (box and tote bag). 

– In saleable condition with tags attached.

Items purchased on sale, discount offers, promotional codes or flash sales are eligible for a direct exchange only and will incur a return shipping fee.

Items purchased during a sample sale are final and are not eligible for return.

Returns are not offered for reasons such as a change of mind, change of circumstance or an individual error. 

Returns are not offered on items purchased on pre order.

Exchanges will be subject to a return postage fee.

Original freight charges paid are not eligible for refund or credit.

Please note that store credits are not redeemable and cannot be used during sales, discount offers or promotional codes. Credit notes will be valid for 12 months from the time of issue. Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be modified. Any adjustments or amendments to a credit note will not be permitted under any circumstances. A credit note can only be used twice. Any subsequent use will be eligible for a direct exchange only. Original freight charges paid are not eligible for refund or credit.

In the case of a defective item, Morton Mac is not responsible for any loss of profit or consequential loss, however will replace the item or refund the purchase price at its discretion.

The following conditions apply to all orders shipped outside Australia.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any duties, taxes, customs charges, import fees or brokerage fees paid at the time of import are non-refundable.

International exchanges will incur a return shipping charge.

For orders that received complimentary shipping, the full original shipping cost will be deducted from the issued store credit.

Where a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned to sender, or where duties and taxes remain unpaid, any associated return shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, carrier storage fees, holding fees, administrative fees and the Morton Mac restocking fee of $40.00 AUD will be deducted from any exchange or store credit issued.

No cash refund will be issued in these circumstances. Any remaining balance after deductions will be issued as a store credit in accordance with our Returns Policy.
