Orders are processed between 9am - 5pm AWST, Monday to Friday.
All orders within Australia will be shipped and tracked via Australia post.
All international (including New Zealand) orders will be shipped and tracked
via DHL express.
Please allow 24 - 72 hours for order processing. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Please note: Morton Mac will not be held liable for custom clearance fees, duties, foreign taxes, holding times or any other associated import costs that may be enforced on delivery. International delivery costs are not inclusive of  duties/taxes that may be applied and charged once the item reaches the destination country. DHL will contact the customer directly to arrange payment. 

In the unlikely event the receiver refuses to pay any associated duties/ taxes the shipment will be returned to Morton Mac. The item (s) will be refunded excluding the full original shipping cost, any import fees/ duty or taxes that may have been enforced on the shipment in addition to the postage cost back to Morton Mac. 

Once an item has been dispatched, it is the purchasers responsibility. In the unlikely event that an order is misplaced or lost during delivery, it is the purchasers responsibility to contact us and liaise with the appropriate courier service.

All items sold are non refundable.
Custom items are not eligible for a return under any circumstance. 
Once an order is confirmed it can not be cancelled. 
We are more than happy to exchange an incorrect size or offer a store credit for items that are;
- unworn
- in the original packaging (box and tote bag) 
- in saleable condition with tags attached
Please note that store credits are not redeemable and cannot be used during sales, discount offers or promotional codes.
Store credit notes will be valid for 12 months from the time of issue.  
In the case of a defective item, Morton Mac is not responsible for any loss of profit or consequential loss, however will replace the item or refund the purchase price at its discretion.
Returns are not offered for items purchased on discount offers, promo codes or sale items.
Returns are not offered for reasons such as a change of mind, change of circumstance or an individual error. 
Returns are not offered on items purchased on pre order.
International exchanges will incur a return postage charge. 
Please email with your return request on the day the item is received to ensure it is returned within 7 days of correspondence. 
Morton Mac will not be held liable for missing or lost returns. We highly recommend using a reliable and traceable postage service. 
An item available for “pre order” is one that will be available to dispatch in the near future. The scheduled delivery for a pre order item is an estimate and may vary a few days.
All sample sale purchases are final. No exchanges, returns or store credits. Please understand there are no allowances for change of mind. Credit notes and exchanges of full
price items are not able to be used during a sample sale. 
Samples may have minor imperfections and or fabric irregularities. Examples of these may be printing imperfections, stitching imperfections, small marks, holes or pulls.
Currently exchanges of full priced items and credit notes are not redeemable on sample sale items.
